Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same working day for items shown as "In Stock". Where there is a lead time on an item, this is the time we estimate (after placing your order) before your order will be dispatched from our warehouse. Each product shows the stock availability of an item.
Please allow extra time for orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays.
UK Orders
(All our UK delivery prices are a flat rate per order so you can order as many items as you like at no extra cost!):
- 1st Class Signed for - Normally 1-3 days.
A tracking number will be emailed once the goods have been dispatched. Please note: Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holiday
If you're not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. In the unlikely event you don’t receive your order, please contact us.
For 1st Class deliveries please wait at least 14 days.
International Orders
We currently do not supply to international locations.

- Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us FREE* of charge within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the procedure below in order to qualify.
Returns Procedures:
- Please email us at support@jadah.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return. Your email should contain all references that are on your receipt together will a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. You should also advise us whether you’d like an alternative product/replacement or a refund. ANY RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE MAY BE DELAYED IN BEING PROCESSED).
- Goods must be in its original packaging with any seals in tact and in a saleable condition. Please enclose the original receipt with the parcel.
- Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it’s sealed securely.
- Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the parcel go missing. (Please note: Jadah Limited will not be liable for lost returns.)
*Free returns are only for parcels being returned in the UK. Once you’ve notified us of your intent to return the goods, we’ll email you a pre-paid returns address label to affix on the parcel to be returned. Any underpaid returns will not be processed.
Please note, Jadah Limited will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage fees.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Visa Electron.
Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders.
At Jadah Limited, we charge you for the items you’ve ordered at the point of order. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock or if for some reason, we can’t fulfil your order, you’ll be notified either by email or telephone.
Fraud Protection
At Jadah Limited we use various security checks to ensure we combat any fraudulent attempts to purchase. These remain at our discretion and we reserve the right to carry out any security checks as we deem necessary. We also reserve the right to refuse service. Any person placing orders deemed to be fraudulent will be prosecuted.
